Partnership and Development manager


You are responsible for delivering new direct and indirect sales channels to support the growth of our Retail (SME and Private Lease) business. You identify market opportunities and you develop and manage all the Retail partnerships according to the agreed development plan (dealers, car manufacturers, importers, white label partners, banks, insurance companies, etc.). You guard and manage our partners’ satisfaction and you optimize internal and external processes with the aim to achieve the goals set.


Key activities and deliverables


  • Identify and manage possible partnerships in the retail segment
  • Identify and manage opportunities in the OEM / importer - and dealer network and animation of that network
  • Identify and acquire partners in other segments (banks, insurance, energy providers, associations etc.)
  • Secure a close cooperation with our corporate (HQ) department to ensure an efficient and consistent approach with global (future) partners
  • Manage the process from ‘prospection’, negotiations, implementation and securing volume with partners together with retail director Nordic region and local GM
  • Optimization of internal and external processes to ensure we keep meeting the agreements set with our partners and to secure their satisfaction
  • Support, define, accompany and / or manage projects to establish and develop the Retail segment aligned with the Group’s strategy
  • Provide reports (KPIs) to different stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Ensure a complete overview and recording of the acquiring activities in our Content Management System (CMS)
  • Close cooperation with local operations team (vehicle purchase) to ensure a uniform approach in the OEM / importer - and dealer network
  • Active participation in OEM tenders
  • Management of and participation to (small) retail events.

  • Minimum bachelor degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position -> preferably with experience in local dealer network
  • Excellent language skills (Swedish / English)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong interest in digitalization.
