ABOUT THE JOB
The Operations team is at the heart of our business. The vehicle purchasers mission is to manage the new vehicle purchasing, negotiating prices and availability. You follow up the order until delivery of the vehicle and manage other driver related services like fuel card etc. When the vehicle is delivered, you check the lease contract and calculate the benefitting kind.
If a temporary car is needed, you provide one that meets the standards of Arval, client and the driver.
Quality and client satisfaction are paramount for you. In the event of complaints and/or irregularities, you pro-actively pick up the telephone to ensure the smoothest possible flow of the purchase process.
You maintain a warm relationship with our preferential suppliers who contribute to Arval’s high quality.
Giving and receiving feedback is your second nature and you have an openness to change.
